Started in March 2015 the campaign # MândrudeRomânia moves into Bucharest parks this summer.
During the period 16 May & 16 September 2015 we invite you to Cişmigiu Park to visit our photo exhibitions and enjoy the colors. We begin with Tourist in Maramures photo exhibition – the first of the 5 exhibitions that promote Romania and the local artisans. Each month, we will show you snapshots of craftsmen and artisans in their workshops, landscapes and customs that take you on a journey through the Romanian villages.
And if you like the idea come to # ColorCişmigiuPark
This summer, we move traditional Romania in the park. Saturday, May 16, 2015, at 17.00, we paint the benches, decorate the trees with multicolored threads and bring you closer to traditions. Together with us we have singers, actors, journalists, travel bloggers, all united under the same slogan: #MandrudeRomania begins with you.
For 3 months, from May 16th until September 16th, come and enjoy our photography exhibitions and pick up your favorite bench out of the 45 ones that will be painted with Romanian folk motifs.
It is our way of drawing your attention to the beauty of traditional clothing and a call to a holiday in a Romania that we are proud of.
“Every time I get to tell people what to visit and where to go, I start by talking about Romania. I illustrate the traditions, places and people that make you smile every time. Those of us who have had grandparents in the villages we still remember the old ways. Others, like our children will know theme only from books. To avoid this reality being irreversible we started this campaign #MandrudeRomania, a project to promote crafts, artisans and villages” Simona Neaţă, Managing Partner Simplify Media.
# MandrudeRomânia is a campaign initiated by Simplify Media and Scorilo Turism agency to promote the country through people and traditions. Partners: ALPAB, ANTREC, Push Sales Consulting, StudentPlot.ro, Vacante la tara magazine, TV Travel Mix and radio Vibe FM.
