You wonder what is this all about? Simple: it is all about hydration and a few simple procedures that will make you look like amazing every day. On holiday or at home, your health is the most important thing and that tired look can be driven away quite easily. If you want to get the glow obtained by beauty treatments without losing too much time, here are the steps:
- Drink a glass of water per hour (about 8 glasses a day) and choose a balanced diet with fruits and vegetables rich in antioxidants. This way you will have a beautiful and healthy skin.
- Take care of your face is like a business card. Begin in the morning (or evening as you find the time) and put your face above a steamy vessel for 10-15 minutes. It will open your pores and remove the deposits and dead skin collected during the week. Your skin face will soften and for optimal results, depending on the type of complexion, put into the water: for oily skin – thyme, peppermint or lemon; for dry & sensitive skin – chamomile or lime and for normal skin – rosemary and lavender.
- Apply a mask and use daily creams for body and face. Remember that all skin types need moisturizing therefore keep using creams and hydrating products.
Tip for winter days
In winter, due to cold and wind, the skin becomes more sensitive, dry and can sting. Apply a little Argan oil onto your face and hands before leaving the house; it will do wonders easily noticeable.
